Thompson 10 Year Roof Seal 

Thompsons High Performance Roof Seal provides 10 years of roof protection and performance under extreme conditions. Once applied, it forms a highly durable elastomeric coating, which cures to form a flexible membrane, resistant to splitting and cracking over time. Furthermore the membrane acts as a protective shield against harmful UV rays and allows any trapped moisture to evaporate whilst keeping exterior moisture out.

Instructions:

Preparation:
Give the surface a decent scrub with a stiff bristle brush to remove any dust or dirt. Repair any structural faults, if needed. Cut open any old felt blisters and make sure any ponding water is dry before securing the felt with tacks. Fill any cracks and level any depressions in the roofing felt.


Application:
On cold, damp days drying and re-coat times will take longer, so for best results, use on a dry day above 10C. Give the tin a really good stir before & during use. You can apply this using a brush, roller or soft broom whichever you prefer. Apply in long, smooth strokes over the area of repair. Wait 6 hours before putting on a second coat.

Clean Up:
Clean up your equipment with warm water and detergent.
