To obtain a refund on any of our Packed/Boxed products that was delivered to you, you must follow the following guidelines.

As do we offer FREE SHIPPING in our listings, we are charged on dispatch your item with the highest priority mail available for you, all requested/processed returns are paid by the buyer.

We suggest you to message us before claim a return, so both parts can review your request as per ALL returns must be inspected/validated/pre-authorized by us, exchange, replacement and refund can be speed up if we first can message with you, analyze your request and find the best and quickest resolution to both parts.

2. Items must be received within 30 days after the purchase, otherwise the request will be rejected.

3. Items must be received unused, unopened, undamaged on package, factory sealed as received.

4. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, opened, is missing parts, or is in opened conditions, that has not condition to re-stock due to customer tampering may result in the customer being rejected on refund request.

5. Any return must come with it factory plastic wrap, seals.

6. Refunds will not be made towards unauthorized items.
