Shipping:

Free  standard shipping and returns in the UK.

Free returns in the European Union and USA.

Overseas and expedited shipping are available for an additional fee. Please see details under Postage and payments.

Orders received by 2.30pm UK time Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, will be posted the same day.

We also offer the Royal Mail guaranteed next-day delivery service in the UK for an extra charge depending on weight and DPD 24 for bulkier orders at a fixed price up to 30 kilos.

Delivery Times:

UK: Standard mail - 3/5 days (free). Expedited 1/2 days (extra charge).

Europe: Standard mail 7/10 days. Expedited 1/2 working days.

USA & Canada: Standard mail 10/14 days. Expedited 1/2 working days.

Rest of the World: Standard mail 10/14 days. Expedited 2/6 days. 

Import Duty

European Union: No duty

US Customers: NO IMPORT DUTY under US$800.00.

Canadian Customers: Duty starts at C$20.00 and the Canadian Customs Department charge an C$8.95 admin fee.

Australia: NO IMPORT DUTY under A$1000.00.

Rest of The World: Please check with your own tax and import departments on how much you will have to pay.

Returns: We accept returns within 60 days of shipping

Return cost: In the European Union and USA is free. Everywhere else you pay the return cost, unless the item is defective, or we sent the wrong item

Exchanges: We do not charge outward shipping for exchanges. For customers outside the UK and European Union, please mark on the customs form 'Returned Purchase - No Value', or your return will be delayed

Sizing: We always show UK sizes (refer to the size chart to assist with your selection). If you are unsure, please contact us for help
