Purchase Instructions:

1. Please choose a sticker size from the fist (top)  drop-down menu above (under the title, look for “Vinyl Sticker Size”) .

2. Choose a vinyl decal color from the drop down menu.

3. Choose the number of stickers you need from Quantity box (we provide combined shipping) .

4. Leave a note including what font & what you want your decal to say or attach a photo of your image (For custom fonts & images send us a message)

5. Purchase the item(s).  

Quality Guarantee:

The image is cutout of high quality adhesive color vinyl. The adhesive vinyl is rated for 5 year of outdoor usage.  Application is possible on any clean flat surface. You can apply these decals to a wall or a window, your vehicle, laptop, video game console, iPad, fridge etc. 

The decals are available in white, black, green, orange, red, blue, yellow and other colors. Please see the listing picture to choose the colour you prefer. 

On the top of each cutout vinyl decal we apply semi transparent masking paper for easy decal application.

Sizes:

Vinyl decal sizes in the listing menu are approximate. While scaling an image, we use the longest dimension for sticker size calculation. For example, if a decal has an actual size 9"x6", we mark it as 9" decal.  

If you require bigger (or specific) size decals, please ask for a quote.

Customize Your Sticker:

If you want to change existing sticker design (to add your text or image) or you want us to make a decal using your own artwork, please contact us for a quote. If you have a high quality image, please send us your design file and we let you know if we can use it for printing and cutout. Vector PDF / AI / CDR / EPS files are the best option. Generally we accept vector and pixel graphics. Vector graphics should have embedded fonts (convert all fonts into lines / curves).

Shipping:

We are located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. A pickup option is available and it is FREE of charge.   

We provide combined shipping: If you buy more than one sticker, shipping fee stays the same as it would for one sticker.  

Overseas international shipping (to Europe, Asia, Australia etc) takes 2-4 weeks so please be patient :)

 If the decals are very long (for example 12"-24" long) and if possible, we split (cut) decals with applied masking paper in 2-3 pieces to reduce the shipping cost. For example 12"x2" decals with applied masking paper will be cut (if possible) in 2pcs (6"x2" + 6"x2") and 24"x4" decals will be cut in 3pcs x 8"x2"/ea.

Return Policy:

If you received a vinyl sticker with visible defects or the package with stickers was damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the damaged item and we'll send you a new one free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you may return the sticker(s) during one week upon receiving the package. A buyer pays for the return shipping.

Feedbacks:

As a seller we will leave a feedback for a buyer after a buyer leaves a feedback for us. If you are not satisfied with a transaction, please contact us BEFORE leaving a Negative Feedback.
