There is a flat rate of $7.95 for any order shipped anywhere in Australia. Creative Play Resources are currently only delivering in Australia at the moment. If you purchase bulky items you will incur a shipping fee of $24.95.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a receipt number and tracking details. At times, your order may be split due to stock availability, however we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and sent together. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated in two shipments.

Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery by default. If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Bulky items are shipped with the most efficient courier service available. 

In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated. 

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express. Afterpay is also available to Australian residents who qualify for an Afterpay account. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available
