All Large Letters are sent as First Class and All parcels are sent as 48 hours tracked Service. Please note some times if you buy more then 3 items together you may Experience it is being sent as 48 hours tracked and not Large Letter due to the weight and Size.

Returns Policy

If unfortunately you have received a damaged which may have occurred during transit or received a faulty item, Please provide 2 clear pictures showing the full damage or fault or the item. This must be done within 7 working days of receiving the item. 

If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us with 7 working days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products. All unwanted items must be in their original unopened packaging and in a saleable condition.

Please return the item full refund and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs.  Kindly include your eBay name and reason for returning the item. We will only refund if the item is returned.

Please always message the seller before opening the case and await for our reply before opening any case in the resolution centre as most of the times its resolved without any cases. If we do not solve or resolve the issue you are welcome to open the case however it can take more to resolve by cases. 

Note: Free Return is possible only if Buyer keeps the Original Packing with them. If In Case Buyer lost the Packaging, then He/She will be Responsible for the Return of the Postage Cost.

Exchange/Replacement 

If the exchange is due to the wrong item being purchased, buyer will be responsible to cover the postage and packaging fees for shipment of the new item. 

 

Reporting Faults 

All our items are brand new unused and We do have quality checks before an item is sent to you, but sometimes manufacturing faults do occur, Any manufacturer fault found in the product we are not responsible for the item however we will be more than happy to replace the faulty item. We must be informed of any faulty goods within 24-48 hours of receipt or claim can not be processed.

Please make sure the fault relates to a manufacturing fault and not fault occurred due to daily usage or carelessness, handling and wear and tear is not covered in returns policy therefore if the item is used for over 1 month or more we will not be accepted for those items. We only cover 1 month money back guarantee same as EBay with our terms and conditions

The faulty item must be returned back to us so we can Investigate the issue before we can post you a replacement or refund.

Returning Items Process 

Please include eBay ID, full name and address details with your return along with the reason for return of item. 

 Please ensure you obtain Proof of Delivery certificate from Post Office, otherwise if an item does not reach us we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will refund once we receive the item and not before.
