I do NOT offer refunds on already authenticated items, memorabilia or cards UNLESS you receive the WRONG item. It's never happened before but if by some chance you get the wrong item you will get a replacement or a full refund whichever works best. If your item is damaged in the mail you can open a claim with the usps. If you buy a non authenticated autographed piece of memorabilia from me that for some reason doesn't pass you can show me the denial letter send it back for a refund but look at my inventory and my 100% feedback.  Just about everything in my inventory is already authenticated unless it's a brand new piece and I haven't had the chance to submit it yet but at this point I've never sold anything that failed.  I pride myself on customer service and great feedback.  You can also tell by my other listings that I usually have the same actor or player authenticated several times over so you have nothing to fear. You are buying 100% authentic autographs. I could print something out of my printer and call it a COA like a lot of sellers do but i don't do business like that. All my COA'S are from a reputable 3rd party company.  If it's not authenticated yet frankly you are just getting a better deal until I send it in. Either way you win.
