Payment Policy

  • Only PayPal is Accepted
  • Payment is required within 48 hrs. after the Winning Bid.
  • All Buy it Now Customers require Immediate Payment.
  • Item will be shipped within 48 hrs. after full payment has been cleared. Weekends and Holidays permitting.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship daily Monday - Friday. All orders will be shipped within 2 working days. You will automatically receive a tracking # via eBay.
  • All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS, FEDEX or UPS mail. 
  • On Some Items, International Shipping is Offered. USPS is the Choice method. NO PO BOX'S ALLOWED.
  • We will only ship to the address provided during payment. PayPal Confirmed Addresses Only.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased.
  • If item is Returned Undeliverable, and Is Returned to sender. Return shipping is at customers expense. No Refunds Allowed. Return Shipping Must be paid within 14 days or item becomes defaulted, with No Refund given, and Item may be relisted.
  • Shipping and handling rate is fixed and non-refundable.
  • Shipping rates apply to 48 contiguous United States.
  • Address correction or address changes, is not allowed or offered. No Exceptions.
  • Items are shipped without a "signature required" option. If you need a signature for the package, email us before the package ships. A $3.00 fee will be charged for this service. K and K's Treasure Chest is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if a signature was not requested.
  • K and K's Treasure Chest uses UPS, Fed Ex and USPS at our discretion regardless of what the eBay shipping details state. If there are shipping issues with a particular carrier and you can not use them, please contact us before you bid.

Returns Policy

  • Actual Images of items may be shown with stock photo's. 
  • NO RETURNS are Accepted for this Listing Unless show on eBay Policy for that listing. Otherwise No Returns allowed.
  • If a Return is allowed for this item. A 20% Restock fee will be implemented. Must be returned within 14 Days of receiving item. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • NO Refund of Shipping and Handling.
  • Buyer Must pay return Shipping and Handling cost.
  • Gifts are for Paying customers, if a return is grated, any gifts must be also returned.
  • Item MUST be returned in the SAME condition sent. If item was damaged or unperfected by customers miss use or packing incorrectly. No Return Will be Granted. If it was the Shippers damage, item will be resolved thru shipper (ie.. UPS, USPS, ETC.). If item is Returned and damaged, and is assisted that damaged was cause by customer. Customer will receive an E-mail regarding the matter. And at that point can decide to default the item, or choose to have the item shipped back to them at customers expense.
  • IMPORTANT. CONCERNING PICKUP ITEMS ONLY: If you have bought and paid for any item that Pickup only or option is selected. You should know the distance it may take to pickup your items. ASK QUESTIONS!! All items are to be picked up within 7 days of item end. IT IS YOUR RESPONABILITY to contact us to arrange pickup and/or to confirm a time frame of pickup. If you neglect your Reasonability of contacting us, or to pickup your items you paid for, there will be a Fee as Follows. Starting on the Purchase date, On Every 30th day there will be a 25% fee of the TOTAL Purchase Price, until 120 days has passed, at that point the item is defaulted and No Money will be returned. Item May be Relisted or Resold at our Discretion. If you have reconnected with us and have chosen to pickup your item(s), any Subtracted Amount from fees MUST BE REPAID, THIS WAS CAUSED BY YOUR NEGLECT.  There should not be ANY Reason why you Cannot or Choose not to Contact us or Not to Pickup an item you bought.
