Hyophorbe Lagenicaulis  
  Bottle Palm

Named for its unusual trunk,  Hyophorbe Lagenicaulis (Bottle Palm) is a picturesque evergreen palm with a smooth pale grey to almoust white trunk resembling a rounded bottle.
A moderate grower,  Bottle Palm is a drought and salt resistant.
 It is hardy to 32° F / 0°C. 
A unique palm to be grown as a specimen or in groups.
It can also be grown indoors in a container.
Grows up to 12-15 ft /360-450 cm tall and 6-8 ft / 180-240 cm wide.
Native to Mauritius Island

Germination
Soak the seeds in water for three days.
Mix the seeds with moist soil (not wet) and close them in a zip lock plastic bag. Leave the bag in the dark at a temperature of 28/32°C - 82/89°F using a propagator in cold periods.
Germination in 4/12 weeks
