Brushed Chrome Key-chain key holder is double sided with detachable side , the Ford Logo I believe is Sterling Silver with patina and can be polished
Don't seem to have ever been used , only a few tiny ding or flea bites on Chrome finish and possible could be polished out
Not sure of age , marked ANSON Pat Pend
