30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with the purchase made from our store, you are able to return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
*Please note, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
RESTOCKING FEE:
Restocking fee is only applicable to orders that violate the return eligibility, which can be subject up to a restocking fee.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
Items must be in new condition, including the original plastics, tags and box(if applicable) that came with the item. Conditions that violate the eligibility are: removal of the tags, if tags are not included with the watch, worn or stretched fabric and or leather, damage to the product (stains, scratches, cuts, tears, sweat marks, etc.).
OPENING A RETURN:
Find the item in your Purchase history and select Return this item.
Select your reason for the return.
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you have the option to add up to 10 pictures showing any scratches or defects.
Select Send.
