  Now Panasonic brings you the WJ-HD500A, the digital surveillance recorder   equipped with a hard disk drive. The WJ-HD500A makes surveillance systems easier   to use and more effective than ever. Hard disk benefits include high durability,   elimination of image degradation caused by repeated recording and reproduction,   ultra fast writing and retrieval, and no need to change or file video cassettes.   The advanced triplex feature allows simultaneous live monitoring, recording, and   reproduction. The multiple-recording feature allows automatic recording of   images from different times and locations. Image search and retrieval is fast,   and optional add-on units allow extended image recording from large surveillance   systems. Optional boards also allow the WJ-HD500A to be incorporated in   100Base-T LANs and WANs.
