New in Damaged Package - Hasbro 2007 - Marvel - The Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer - Blast Off Human Torch Action Figure. The blister pack is loose off the card on 3 sides and is only attached at the bottom edge. There is also some wear and creasing to the card. I tried to capture this in the photos.
