Please email us first just in case if you have issue with item or service prior to opening RETURN ITEM link. Because once you click on that option eBay will provide you with automatic return label and that will not give us chance to resolve the complain, in 95% cases buyer than having to close dispute because we contacted them after they open dispute and offered the alternative solutions, which they happily accepted but that still cost us return label which eBay already issued and also counted against us that buyer opened dispute.
