Moderate surface creasing with extensive surface creasing/edge tears on back cover Janet Leigh page (largest tear being approx. 2"). 3.5" cover upper spine edge separation. Otherwise, complete and uncut. 

Overall, despite back page defects, we feel this scarce publication is still in displayable and serviceable condition by most standards (see photos).
