This is an antique breakfast set. An English, silver toast rack and Scottish tongs, dating to the Regency period and later, hallmarked 1815 and 1918.

  • Assayed in Edinburgh, the Mitchell & Russell tongs bear the date code 'J' for 1815
  • The rack - by Jon & William Deakin bears the Sheffield hallmark and date code 'A' for 1918
