Usage:
1. With QLS quick release socket, the quick release sleeve can be separated from the sinking plate
2. A fixed leg strap can be installed between the sinking plate and the QLS socket (the screws need to be removed before installation)
3. Thread the sinker plate through the belt to secure the quick release sleeve to the belt
