This is a 1990's Playmates Star Trek Generations Worf, Govenor of H'Atoria from the Episode "All Good Things". The Stock number is 6437.
Included in the package are the figure, the descriptive picture card, a Bat' telh, a Klingon knife, a Klingon Monitor and the "All Good Things" Action base.
The pack has some fraying of the cardboard edging, and slight creasing at the bottom corners, and the mildest shelf wear of scratches on the clear plastic. Please see photos.
