We take great care when packing and posting our items, but sometimes couriers may damage the item, so please inspect 

item before signing for on delivery. If item looks damaged sign for it as damaged, or refuse to sign for it, 

and we must be notified within 24 hours. We will happily replace

 the item for you where possible, and if not, will issue a full refund.

If parts are returned because the buyer has purchased the wrong part, 

or no longer needs the item etc, refund will be subject to delivery costs and in some cases handling fees (up to 20%).

 The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs.

If there is any lets us know  and we will look to replace the item, where possible, or if we can not replace it we will  refund as long the part is in same condition we supplied. Guarantee does not cover Labour
