Description: Mustard Seed Oil is an excellent ingredient in blends used to treat muscular aches and pains and rheumatism due to its warming effect on the skin. This Oil contains a 2:1 ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 essential fatty acids which are necessary to maintain the body's cells and tissues. It is particularly nourishing for the hair.

Aromatic Description: Pleasant, nutty

Common Uses: Often used as an ingredient in oils for full body and Indian head massage as well as in treatments to soothe muscular aches and pains.
