Each sensor has an embedded unique ID which can be read in software. Sensors can be wired up in parallel and read independently, only using one data pin on your Arduino to read multiple DS18B20 sensors.
The manufacturer recommends that the sensor is connected to your micro-controller with a 4K7 pull-up resistor on the data line, but any values close to this should work.
