Vintage telescope. Brass construction painted white. Has a long bubble level attached. Focus by a knob on the top. Nameplate was held with four small screws (see last picture. The two 'shiny' rings (about 2" diameter) are where it was mounted I am sure. Measures 18 1/2" long. Bubble is good and optics are decent. Military? not sure.
