Background:
The superintendent of Highfields Juvenile Delinquency School in Trenton NJ received this for review and notes by the State of New Jersey and he kept it because he kept everything. Any notes he made were made in workbooks. It does include a piece of New Jersey Neuro-Psychiatric Institute letterhead with a note about Theresa Tomarchio in the front cover.
This is excellent for lots of collecting or research purposes. It's from the beginning of the smear campaign on drugs and what would eventually lead to the war on drugs however it's also part of a well researched study produced by some notable institutions. At the same time it has wild illustrative drawings commissioned by real artists and features poetry and thoughtful and meaningful practices for defeating drug abuse. So depending on what side you sit on it has a bit for both. As well as the cool art factor. I have not been able to find any other copies.
Condition Notes:
PLEASE SEE ALL 12 PHOTOS. The only flaw at all is on the cover of the Drug Staff book there is a line of dirt or fade staining of some kind. Inside of both books are perfect and unused. No writing, no marks, no tears, no rips, white pages, amazing illustrations.
