This photo came from the collection of someone who is most likely closely related to Donald Kellar. Through my research, I've been able to determine that he served in the Navy, resided at 211 Cliff Street in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and was stationed at Naval Base #167 in Milne Bay, New Guinea during WWII.
