All returned goods must be returned to our warehouse, the buyer may make their own arrangements to deliver the goods back to us, or we can collect the goods for a small fee. In the unlikely event that an order has arrived damaged we ask that you notify us within 14 days. We ask that you email us photographic evidence of the damage and in most cases a refund or replacement item will be sent out upon receipt of this evidence.
