A soft wax filler, ideal for pinholes, small scratches, cracks, chips, dents and damaged edges & surfaces. Can be used on natural timber or artificial surfaces

How to use the Konig Soft Wax Stick:
 
Remove loose material from the damaged area. Score the surface area to improve adhesion of the filler.
Use a spatula to fill the damaged area with the soft wax until it is flat, applying gentle pressure. The repaired area can be matched to the color of the background by applying different shades one on top of the other.
If required the level of sheen can be matched by spraying on several thin layers of varnish.
The stick can also be rubbed into thin scratches like a crayon.
 
 
The stick will be sent securely sealed in the envelope.

We endeavour to ship them as quickly as we can. Please contact us once this time frame is expired. All orders placed are dispatched as per time frame advertised at the top of the page. We offer free Royal Mail Standard delivery service and a premium Next Working Day Delivery option (next day is from dispatched date as notified by eBay order emails).   • RETURN, Refund, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

    We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from Taste of East-2013 but, if for any reason you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will just need to send a message via eBay or open a return request. Once your return is approved you need to send it back to us together with your name, address, eBay id and date of purchase. Failure to include these details may result in refusal of refund/exchange.  We will exchange the product or issue a refund in full via your original method of payment. We may levy a charge on your refund where a return is made as a change of mind or orders placed in error and where item is already marked dispatched.

    We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements or if you’ve attempted to use the products or damaged it in doing so. We do not offer refunds or exchange for samples purchased from us. From the point you order a product online it takes a short while for it to be processed  and prepared for dispatch, if for any reason you need to cancel your order you’ll need to receive your order in post and then contact us for returning the order for a refund. For the fast nature of despatch, no cancellation will be dealt with during this period as the item’s already in dispatch process and cannot be stopped.  We're closed over the weekends and Bank holidays for any customer service or order inquiries, all messages are dealt with within 2 working days of receiving them in the order as they are received. No Cancellation is processed for weekends, bank holiday orders. You will need to receive the item and return it back to us using eBay return protocols.

    Exchange/Damaged items/Missing contents:

    On receipt of the Products, you must check they match your order. If there is any problem, or if they are defective or damaged or something is missing you must notify us as soon as is reasonably possible (within 30 days of your order) via eBay message. For damaged or missing parts/components claims it is buyers responsibility to keep all packaging and boxes as we may ask you to send us clear pictures to determine the claim and to send them back to us in some cases to provide a replacement or refund. Claims may be reduced or rejected if we have not been given an opportunity to put matters right.

    In addition to the right to cancel an order as described under cancellation of orders, if there is a problem with your order or the Product(s) you purchase is(are) faulty, we may make good any shortage or non-delivery, or offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Please send us a message through eBay all messages are answered within 2 working days. Our normal attended working hours for online and email inquiries are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays only (Mon-Fri). We don’t answer messages/inquiries outside these days/hours.
