The doll house is in nice condition, for display only


Consist of several pieces that put together the doll house as pictured. Made with love!! Lots of amazing details!! Family Room with pillows and TV, Bedroom with vanity and heart shape stool and "rose accent" pillows. Kitchen table and chairs. Doors and drawers are open and functional. 
Dimensions approximately 40" x 42" x 22". There are minor issues (creases or curving) on the the slant "roof" of the bathroom that was tucked under the house roof. Few plastic pieces broken on the fence section outside the house. There is a spot on the "deck/patio" area near the kitchen.

I prefer it to be picked up locally. If you need it to be shipped, the shipping box will be HUGE and I need to check the shipping cost to your location, so please email me your zip code, and I can try to find out how much shipping cost and get back to you.
