We accept returns on items except for underwear / base layers. Items MUST be returned in the original, unused condition with tags/stickers still attached if applicable. The packing must also be in the condition It was received. Occasionally we have had customers simply stick a label on the item itself and not use any packaging – This we find unacceptable and refuse to accept delivery of any items returned in such a manner.
