We will usually ship the order within 5-7 days (except preorder items or Chinese holidays).

RETURNS
We accept returns up until 60 days after purchase providing the item(s) are unused, undamaged and in their original state. Buyer pays return postage. While we take the greatest care with all our orders, if there is a problem or the item is damaged or faulty then please let us know and we will do what we can to help.
Q&A
1). How long does it take for making the backdrop? When can buyer receive it?
Please understand the backdrop is not in stock and is preorder, normally, it takes about 3-5 working days to make backdrop, but it may takes longer when we have Chinese Holidays, especially in Chinese National days or Chinese New Year holidays. For the delivery time, we ship the backdrop in standard shipping with tracking numbers, you may find this after order sent out, and you can track it on line. According our experiences, most of the orders can be delivered within 20 -30 working days, but sometimes, it may takes longer due to the Customs or Post Office processing delay.
2). How to pack this backdrop? Once there are some wrinkles, how to remove them?
All our backdrops will be well packed before shipment, we have more than 10 years backdrop making and shipment experiences. For backdrop width ≤ 60 cm/27.5 inch, such as backdrop for doll shorter than 16", we will ship backdrop in paper roll, which will not leave wrinkles; for backdrop width ≥60 cm/24 inch, we have to fold the backdrop, and ship it in box or paper roll. It may leave some wrinkles during the transport, you can wrap this backdrop tightly on a paper roll or similar things, then just leave it for several days, the wrinkle will be removed. Or you can just iron the backside (NO WATERE) of backdrop at low temperature, it can help you remove the wrinkles too.
3). What to do if buyer not receive the backdrop or damaged?
Please do not worry, just let us know, if the backdrop is damaged or lost during the transport, we will offer you full refund or send you replacement immedialtely!
