Our goal is to ship within 3 days of receiving payment.  Large items and very fragile items may take a little longer.   We never add a handling charge or anything to your shipping charge.  You pay whatever the charge is from the provider.  We will use USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.  If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate. 

We sell a variety of items and try to describe all items as accurately and completely  as possible.  We include pictures of any possible defects. All our pictures are of the item being sold; we do not use any stock photos.   Most items are used, primitive, rustic, vintage or antique that we acquired and are sold “as is”.  We  occasionally list some new items  still in the  original packaging. 

 We will accept returns on any item within 30 days of receiving.  If it is not  accurately described we will pay for return shipping, but other than that you will be required to pay for return shipping charges.  All returns must be in original condition and packaged as received. 

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and shipment.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us so we can remedy the situation.  Feedback will be left after we have received feedback.   Please leave positive feedback once your item is received and you are pleased with it.  If there is a problem with anything, please let us know so we can correct the situation.
