This is a De-Googled Pixel 4 in very good condition. It has CalyxOS(This can be changed to another operating system, such as LineageOS or GrapheneOS, if the buyer requests it) installed with MicroG. MicroG allows you to use google apps anonymously, meaning your data will not be linked to your identity. MicroG is included as I am aware many people would not be satisfied with a device that is unable to use the majority of applications available to android devices. If requested, I am able to remove MicroG from the device for a fully DeGoogled phone. CalyxOS comes with this phone by default because I have found that it provides the easiest user experience. Note that the Pixel 4 does not have an audio jack, see my other listings if you cannot live without one. For example, my Pixel 4a's are a good alternative if you require an audio jack. My Oneplus 6's and Samsung devices are also good options with audio jacks. Why use a de-googled phone? On most android phones google monitor almost everything you do. Google use the massive amounts of data collected to understand us and find new ways of manipulating our opinions. A method that is currently known to be put in action is the redirect method, whereby they use targeted ads and manipulated search results in an attempt to, well, 'redirect' you, into googles preferred beliefs. Google put this into action along with Moonshot cve. Our beliefs affect our actions, and our actions affect the course of our lives.  In short, our data has a real, tangible effect on our world and our beliefs, more than we realise. This is why taking back control of our privacy, from questionable companies such as google, is important. Applications pre-installed: F-DROID - An app store consisting of only free open-source applications Aurora Store - An app store that allows you to install any application available on the google play store NewPipe - Allows you to watch YouTube videos privately in an intuitive and feature rich fashion DuckDuckGo - A privacy focused browser Maps & GPS Navigation OsmAnd+ - An open-source map and navigation application K-9 Mail - An open-source email client that works with basically every email provider Google will be unable to track this phone, unless you log into google on a google app and grant it location permissions. Contact tracing will be disabled by default unless you enable it yourself in microG's settings under exposure notifications.
