Levine/Scholastic Press, HC/DJ.  No "1" on the spine of the book of the spine of the DJ.  There is a previous owner name penner to the front pastedown and a bear stamp to the ffep, along with a mostly erased old price to the top corner of the half-title page (pictured above).  The page ends and boards have light wear, the corners are sharp, spine ends are bumped, pages 201 and 203 have a fold to the top corner.  The DJ has the $16.95 price intact and has shelf and edge wear and light chipping at the spine ends and top corners.  Please examine all of the pictures closely as they are considered part of the description.  The DJ will be wrapped in new mylar.  A highly collectible early printing of the first Harry Potter novel.
