How to use Latex Free Cosmetic Powder Makeup puff
STEP 1
Before using, get the Cosmetic Powder Makeup Puff wet by holding it underwater while softly Squeezing it so that it absorbs the water
STEP 2.
The makeup sponge will expand to almost double the size, as compared when dry. Gently squeeze out the excess water and dry it with a soft towel so that the makeup sponge feels damp yet not dripping wet.
STEP 3.
Apply your makeup sponge or skincare product to the makeup sponge and gently bounce the makeup sponge against the skin.
