The show included a remarkable line-up of Surrealists (the greatest yet to come to New York), including Matta, Luis Bunuel, Max Ernst, Andre Breton, Leonora Carrington, Alfred Jarry, De Chirico, Morris Hirshfield, Victor Brauner, Kurt Seligmann, Calder, Duchamp, Yves Tanguy, Andre Masson, Kate Sage, Robert Motherwell et al.
