Hardcover with black cloth boards and metallic red titles to spine. Pencil marking "april 29, 2002" on the front endpaper. Both endpapers show light yellowing around edges due to age, otherwise volume is fresh, bright, and crisp throughout. Unclipped dust jacket housed in an archival sleeve. Binding is tight, hinges are taut, boards all square. All photographs remain sharp and glossy. A superb copy overall, stated first edition and second printing.
