These are designed to install over the window after cutting out the area around the window sticker (see pics), and once installed secured in place with a drop of glue - this brings fresh, cool air inside to help cool everything. Alternatively, you can simply install them on the outside without actually cutting the window (scale look only), or from the inside for a more low-profile install.
