Please note this is a promo copy of the CD, and the CD is marked as such. Record companies sent out free copies of CDs for promotional use to third parties like radio stations and DJs. Such promo copies were marked in such a way to prevent them from being returned via the retail channel for a refund. In this case, the cover has been printed with the words ‘for promotional use only sale or other transfers is prohibited. Must be returned on demand of record company.’ Except for this printing no other damage is made to the CD or case. The actual CD is unharmed by the process, and sounds exactly the same as the originally sold recording.

 

The CD is used but is still in very good condition. The CD is in a plastic jewel case. There may be some minor marks or scratches on the jewel case. The insert papers are in very good condition (although see details of printing as above).
