So many looks! Can be Edwarian or - worn with a ruffled front blouse/shirt - Victorian. Or with a Tshirt, it's boho/hippie. Or, with a buttoned up blouse -  a sweet DIY 80s look. The front LOOKS like it's needlepoint, but its actually woven into a cross stitch-look finish. Two front pockets are faux pockets.
