( no tracking available ) There is an inherent risk taken by both parties. I?ll refund 1/2 the total  bill if your record is not delivered . Alternatively I can ship package post with tracking . This service is more than twice as expensive and could be way higher . Ask for a quote if you want or request I send it this way . Tracking is included .
