The colour that Peaflower (Clitoria Ternatea) gives off is simply amazing, and completely unexpected.

The shade of blue that slowly dances its way into your cup is quite unforgettable, yet this herb does have some very interesting health properties too.

Known throughout Asia to be great for hair growth and strengthening, and a rare herbal benefit that directly helps eye infections.

In Thailand, some families will apply this tea to the scalp and eyebrows of babies and toddlers to promote strong healthy hair.

Try experimenting with this tea by mixing it with other things such as a squeeze of lemon and watch its colour change to purple!

You can use Lime, lemon or Pineapple juice to turn the Blue water  into the Purple you  only need around 6 flowers to get a beautiful blue colour.

I prefer to use cold water and allow the flowers to soak for 20 mins   and then add ice.

For me hot water kills the goodness.
