  2. If your Laptop develops a fault, please let us know and then we will advise you where to send the laptop for repair  and we will get it fixed for you according to our policy with customer care and satisfaction.
  3. It can take up to 7 working days for the repairs to be tested and completed.
  4. When returning your Laptop, please contact us and mention your full name, ebay user ID, return address and an explanation of the fault.
  5. In the event of the Laptop requiring repairs under warranty, the buyer is responsible for shipping the Laptop back to us and we will pay for the Laptop to be shipped back to you.
  6. Batteries are not included in the warranty. We can guarantee that the battery will work upon arrival.
  7. Accidental damage is not covered under our warranty and this includes screen damage, liquid damage etc.
  8. The Laptop comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return your Laptop, please return it using the ebay return system. You will be refunded after checks have been completed to make sure that the Laptop has been returned in the same condition as it was sent.
