What is Dye Sublimation?? It is the process of applying computer-generated images to polyester apparel or poly-coated objects with special inks, heat, and pressure. The sublimation inks are vaporized INTO the polyester/poly-coating rather than layered ONTO the object, which makes the image permanent.

 

With the process of dye sublimation, the image will not crack or wear like a screen-printed image.
