For sale is a scarce hand-painted incense burner or potpourri holder by preeminent Delft maker, De Porceleyne Fles, also known as Royal Delft. Figurine is in the typical facade of a Dutch canal house, complete with architectural details. Cutouts including the chimney function to draw the incense smoke or potpourri scent up and out. 

Two pieces.

Measures approximately 3-3/4 inches in diameter and approximately 6 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches deep.

Markings on base underside, back and inside include Royal Delft mark, date code and artist’s initials. See photos. Front includes In De Rokende Moor.
