The F90ES1 features an extended 90 degree cabled microprobe for measuring non-magnetic coatings on steel substrates. With a small measuring tip, longest probe length and best thin film accuracy, this instrument is ideal for measuring on small parts, hard-to-reach areas, or close to edges.
