Product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. Please email us prior to return and will provide you an RMA and return shipping address.
Box up the product and ship it back to us (buyers pay the return shipping cost)
All electronic products (e.g., computers, tablets, printers, cameras, and camcorders, etc) must be returned in original sealed condition and no restock fee will be charged in this case. If the product package has been opened, return for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
