These items are surplus stock, in new condition in the factory packaging, They have never been opened. They have been sitting inside another box on a shelf for some time. The packages do have some shelf wear, please see the pictures.

You will receive the exact item in the photo or one in similar condition.

I generally ship next day, using USPS priority mail 1-3 day service, in the US only. Some packages ship out same day.
