Doctor Strange #173 (1968), a Silver Age Marvel comic featuring the famous Gene Colan Dormammu cover.

You will be the 2nd owner of this comic book. This comes from a gentleman's childhood collection who had numbers 1-100 of Fantastic Four, 1-100 of Spider-Man, and much, much more, including Journey into Mystery and Tales of Suspense. He tells the story that his father sold Spider-Man 51-100, Daredevil 51-100, and Fantastic Four 51-100 to pay a $100 phone bill years ago. Luckily, his dad didn't sell them all and now the gentleman was ready to let them all go, including this one, so you'll be this comic's 2nd owner.

Bags and backing boards weren't a thing at that time, so kids read their comics a gazillion times, responded to advertisements, and stashed their comics under their mattresses for safe keeping. The wear is love.

You will receive the exact item pictured, so please see photos for condition.

Yes, of course I can combine shipping for you! Message me for your final invoice OR purchase them all and I will send you a refund as a shipping deduction. For any in-depth questions please message me!

I try to find the best balance between speed, reliability, and cost effectiveness, but the reality is it costs money to magically move a physical product across the Earth. So, in most instances I will use First Class Mail. Heavier items will be shipped Priority. Or I’ll use Media if a TPB or a larger magazine.

Handling Time

QUICK SHIPPING!! I try hard to get stuff out the door quickly and into the hands of Ken, my friendly and trusted mailman.

International Buyers

I do all business under the GSP. You can read more about it in the Terms & Agreements with eBay. Currently this is the safest, and most efficient way to do global shipping, despite the additional time and fees.

Questions?

Feel free to message me. I will do my best to provide you with the best possible outcome. And I’m always happy to exchange dad jokes.

All grading and/or views on condition are my opinion. I am not a professional grader, I’m just someone with 40+ years of experience with comics.

Search up Nerds on Earth on the World Wide Web if you have a moment. The website has lots of great content on comics, D&D, GI Joe, hobby board gaming, and so much more. If you are a Nerd, you’ll enjoy it!

You can search up the same on YouTube as well. I do frequent comic book “unboxing” videos and you can get a great look at some beautiful comic book covers. If you aren’t sure you’ve found the correct channel, I’m the Nerd with the orange beard.
