The daily portion contains: from 3 g to 9 g of L-glutamine

Usage for adults: 1-3 teaspoons per day dissolving in 1-2 glasses of lukewarm liquid.

The liquid in which we dissolve the powder must not be hot because heat breaks down the amino acid. Drink immediately.

The best effect can be obtained if consumed on an empty stomach, preferably after training or during prolonged exercise.
