This is a deck of cards from the Horseshoe Casino in Council Bluffs Iowa. This deck has a slight saw cut in the side. Since the reopening after COVID, casinos have stopped giving out cards and dice, as well as hard to find in casino gift shops. They now throw the dice and cards away. (Box 102-B)
