Please don't rely on the label for sizing but rather follow along with what we explain below.
Never rely solely on a size tag while purchasing apparel online. Manufacturers vary wildly among brands with regards to what they deem a particular size to be in relationship to the size label tag. Not to mention, additional alterations, dry cleaning, etc. can change a piece of apparel since it left the factory.
Please take time to flat lay measure (bed, floor, etc.) one of your existing suits to ensure the measurements are close to ours below.
Understand you are purchasing a pre-owned suit that was not originally fitted for you and you may have to have alterations made. However, if you take time to do what we mention above, following along with our measurements below, then this should fit you.

Full Sleeve Length: 33 7/8"
Sleeve Length (shoulder seam to top cuff bottom): 26 7/8"

Waist (inside edge to inside edge): 18" (36" total)
Rise: 12 3/4"
Inseam: 31"
Leg Opening: 9 1/4"
Lastly, you are purchasing a suit that was not originally fitted for you. Therefore, it's highly unlikely this will fit you "perfectly" (it's possible it may) so before rushing to return this if it doesn't fit, please understand you may have to have a tailor/seamstress make some minor adjustments for you.
